Exchange and Return Policy
Discount Clothing Shop always want to serve you and make you satisfied with all the products and services we provide. However, if there are circumstances that you are not satisfied with the products we sent you, you can refer to the procedure below to know what to do next. Note that Discount Clothing Shop reserves the right to charge handling fee on all returned products, except for some major exception listed on the reference below.
Return
Discount Clothing Shop accept returning if there's quality problems with the products, or sent wrong items to you. You should report the problems in 3 days after receive the products we'll advise you how to do. Returning must be in 3 days after receive the products and must be in original condition when return to us.
When the returned package arrives at Discount Clothing Shop, we will examine the item, identify the problem, and we will ship the correct items back to you at no extra cost. We will handle all the necessary shipping fees (from Discount Clothing Shop back to you). Discount Clothing Shop will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from you to Discount Clothing Shop).
If we discover nothing wrong with returned items that you claim damaged, we will promptly ship them back to you. In these cases, you will be responsible for the shipping fees in both directions.
Getting a Refund
Discount Clothing Shop offers either partial or full refunds on most items within 3 days of receiving your order. The first step in the refund process is to contact our Customer Support.
Full Refunds
We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to negligence on the part of Discount Clothing Shop. Damage caused through negligence on the part of third party couriers or on customer misuse CAN NOT qualify an item for a refund.
Partial Refunds
Discount Clothing Shop also offer partial refunds on returned packages that have accessories or parts from the original order missing. In such a case, the price of the missing accessories or parts will be deducted from the refund available to you.
